The EuroGOOS DataMEQ Working Group will meet on Wednesday, 13 November 2024. This hybrid meeting will take place at SavHotel in Bologna, Italy, with an option to join via Zoom. The meeting will be held back to back with the SOOP/IQuOD/GTSPP/XBT science workshop, organised by INGV, Italy.
The EuroGOOS Data Management, Exchange, and Quality Working Group (DataMEQ WG) aims to improve the harmonization and integration of European marine data. By working closely with initiatives such as the Copernicus Marine Service, SeaDataNet, and EMODnet, the group fosters the link between real-time and historical data streams. Key objectives include enhancing data management, accessibility, and quality control.
