EuroGOOS Ocean Literacy Network homeschooling campaign during the corona-virus lock down

Our Ocean Literacy experts have united in a homeschooling campaign ran on the EuroGOOS twitter account, to deliver easy to use Ocean Literacy resources for children of all ages. New partnerships with Ocean Literacy Networks

New members joined our Ocean Literacy Network: the Irish Ocean Literacy Network, Euro-Argo and JCOMM, representing the Ocean Observers Working Group, as well as the the UK’s Met Office. The EuroGOOS Ocean Literacy Network now brings together 19 organizations, either of national or international remit.  

Contributing to the Ocean Literacy Framework in the UN Ocean Decade

EuroGOOS Ocean Literacy Network welcomes new members

Two new members join the EuroGOOS Ocean Literacy Network: Hellenic Centre for Marine Research in Greece (HCMR) and Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA). These two institutes will bring their expertise in national and pan-European Ocean Literacy experiences, among others in EU projects PERSEUS and ResponSEAble.
