The workshop, taking place virtually on 16 June, will present the main results of the MyCOAST project. The event will consist of two parts: the first part (10:00-13:00 CEST) will discuss regional cooperation between coastal observatories to boost the implementation of downstream services, and the second part (14:00- 17:30 CEST) will focus on MyCOAST tools demonstrations. MyCOAST aims to build a coordinated Atlantic Coastal Operational Observatory in the Atlantic area, joining capabilities from all the 5 Member States, all targeted towards the improvement of coastal monitoring and forecasting tools to support threat and emergency response. The project is funded by the INTERREG Atlantic Area European transnational cooperation programme, and runs between November 2017 and June 2021.
