The French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea (Ifremer) is having a one day event, a presentation of the French coordination of long term ocean observation (Fr-OOS) ; The Coastal observation and interfaces (JERICO-ESFRI project and is French node, the IR-ILICO) ; The French ocean observation data organization ODATIS /DATA TERRA and European structuring.
This event aims to promote a debate on the landscape of observation RIs, their importance & sustainability, how to work with them in a framework for collaboration on a national, EU and global scale , the European and global coordination efforts needed & their links with data management.
