Glenn Nolan, EuroGOOS Secretary General, is member of the IOC GOOS Steering Committee and will attend this meeting, taking place in Sopot, Poland. Glenn will deliver a talk on capacity development and engagement strategies for GOOS. The meeting will also review the GOOS state of play and future trajectory, strategy and partnerships, as well as GOOS panels, projects, regional alliances and the activities of the JCOMM Observations Coordination Group. The meeting will also be asked to advise on the operation and financing of the distributed GOOS office, including communications products.
