The meeting will be the first forum dedicated to glider data management question only. It will bring together glider data managers (operators, principle investigators, data assembly centres, and global data assembly centres) to discuss technical questions related to real time/delayed mode Physical/BioGeoChemical data stream. The meeting will review the procedures and tools available to contribute to the international effort in ocean data sharing and discuss a long-term strategy for the European glider contribution to the global (OceanGliders) and basin scale (AtlantOS, IntarOS, EuroGOOS, MoonGOOS, IBI-ROOS, BOOS) observing systems.
