We are delighted to announce that the ArcticROOS 2025 General Assembly will be held 7-8 May 2025, at the Royal Belgian institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS; https://www.naturalsciences.be/), Brussels, Belgium.
Parts of Day 2 will feature an AMRIT workshop (Advance Marine Research Infrastructures Together), organized by the EuroGOOS secretariat. The AMRIT project aims to advance European ocean observing systems in line with the EOOS 2023-2027 Strategy. It includes stakeholder consultation workshops with EuroGOOS ROOS to gather feedback on EOOS tools and services. These workshops facilitate discussions among marine data operators, scientists, and end-users on platform coordination, data standardization, and technical support needs, ensuring diverse regional perspectives contribute to an integrated EOOS Technical Support Centre.
