An Oceanographic Ship-based Training Course for Postgraduate and Graduate Students of Marine Sciences will take place onboard the RV Bios DVA (see picture above) sailing from Split, Croatia, from the 16th to the 27th of June 2015.
EUROFLEETS2 is a Research Infrastructures project under the 7th Framework Programme of the European Commission aimed at consolidating the construction of a pan-European distributed research fleet infrastructure with common strategic vision and coordinated access to European marine research vessels and equipment. SMART participates in the Advanced Training and Floating University workpackage on behalf of the Marine Institute.

The deadline applications is the 8th February 2015 and successful applicants will be notified by the 19th February 2015. All travel and accommodation expenses will be funded by the EU FP7 project EUROFLEETS2.
