Save the date! Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service Workshop – Brussels, September 7-8, 2015
The Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) will open in May 2015 without any service disruption in service for MyOcean users. In November 2014, Mercator Ocean has been entrusted by the EU to implement the Service within the current financial framework.
Two major CMEMS Framework Service Elements will foster its development: Service Evolution, addressing the scientific and technological progress of the Service and User Uptake, addressing downstream services. The workshop on September 7-8 2015 in Brussels is meant to present initial CMEMS service evolution and user uptake strategies and to gather feedback/input from the main CMEMS stakeholders and the wider marine research and user communities.
