The Arctic Regional Ocean Observing System (Arctic ROOS), a regional oceanographic node within EuroGOOS, will meet for its annual members meeting.
Arctic ROOS partners will hear updates on the ROOS activities, including the involvement in the Horizon 2020 INTAROS project led by the ROOS chair, Prof. Stein Sandven. Patrick Gorringe will present the latest EuroGOOS activities, both in the European regions and globally. All Arctic ROOS members will also have a chance to highlight their individual achievements and work plans. Furthermore, the Arctic ROOS contribution to relevant international and European initiatives will be discussed, among others YOPP (Year of Polar Prediction).
