Register for the upcoming EuroGOOS International Conference
The European Global Ocean Observing System (EuroGOOS) Conference, held every three years, brings together scientists, technologists, policymakers, and industry to discuss how ocean monitoring and forecasting can better support societal and policy needs. The 2026 edition will take place in person from 18–20 May at UCLan Cyprus under the auspices of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU 2026.
EuroGOOS Arctic ROOS Respond to the EU Arctic Policy Call for Evidence

EuroGOOS and its Arctic Regional Ocean Observing System (Arctic ROOS) have submitted a joint response to the European Commission’s Call for Evidence on the update of the EU Arctic Policy. The contribution highlights the importance of sustained, coordinated, and science-driven Arctic Ocean observations to support effective governance, climate resilience, and sustainable development.
