Euro-Argo & JCOMMOPS (UNESCO-IOC/WMO) are co-organizing a workshop on educational activities dedicated to ocean observing. The workshop will bring together scientists, educators, communicators, and broad stakeholder community to share marine science educational resources and experiences and explore new international activities.
Marine science communication and outreach are becoming increasingly important to raise public awareness that a healthy ocean is vital for the well-being of generations to come. The key focus of the workshop will be on in water (in situ) ocean observations. Dina Eparkhina will attend this event for EuroGOOS.
