EuroGOOS Ireland-Biscay-Iberia Regional Operational Oceanographic System (IBI-ROOS) brings together operational oceanography organisations from France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and the UK. IBI-ROOS members work together to develop and implement ocean observing systems for this geographic area, with delivery of real time operational data products and services.
