As 2025 comes to a close, EuroGOOS reflects on a year of strong progress in European operational oceanography, marked by active policy engagement, strengthened coordination, and important governance developments. Across its Members, ROOS networks, Working Groups, and European projects, EuroGOOS continued to reinforce Europe’s ocean observing capacity and its contribution to global ocean knowledge.
