2027 Ocean Decade Conference: Deadline Extended for Session and Side Event Proposals

The deadline for submitting proposals for Individual Sessions (Pre-Conference Special Events) and Conference Side Events at the 2027 Ocean Decade Conference has been extended to 22 November 2026.
The Conference will take place from 7 to 9 April 2027 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with Pre-Conference Special Events scheduled for 5 and 6 April.
EuroGOOS is co-leading Special Event 6, “Ocean Information and Services: From Global Ambition to Regional Action”, and will lead the session on ocean observations.
Organisations and stakeholders are encouraged to submit proposals and contribute to the discussions shaping Ocean Decade Week 2027.
