The EGU has this week launched a new publication, Earth Observation (EO), an open-access, two-stage journal with open and public peer review, following the model of other EGU journals, published by Copernicus Publications.
The contract will support the implementation of EU sea basin strategies in the Atlantic Ocean, Black Sea, Western Mediterranean and North Sea, providing tailored technical assistance to the European Commission, Member States and partner countries.

Seascape Belgium has launched a survey inviting the eDNA community—from sampling to publishing—to provide feedback on proposed recommendations for a more harmonised aquatic eDNA data ecosystem. The results will contribute to the eDNAqua-Plan Technical Blueprint and Roadmap, supporting the development of FAIR and interoperable eDNA data practices.
