EU4Ocean Grants 2026
20 October 2026
Applications are open for the EU4Ocean Grants 2026, offering three grants of €12,000 each to support innovative ocean literacy projects that foster intergenerational collaboration, blue skills and career opportunities in the blue economy. The deadline to apply is 23 October 2026.
Aligned with the priorities of the European Ocean Pact, the 2026 edition focuses on generational renewal in the blue economy, encouraging initiatives that connect generations, promote ocean sustainability and inspire future ocean professionals.

- Partners4Ocean: Projects fostering cross-sector collaboration, innovation and opportunities for blue skills development and careers.
- Youth4Ocean Forum: Youth-led initiatives promoting engagement, creativity and awareness of blue career opportunities.
- Network of European Blue Schools: Educational projects introducing innovative learning approaches and encouraging students to explore ocean-related careers.
One project from each category will receive €12,000 to implement its activities between 1 January and 31 August 2027.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be members of one of the three EU4Ocean communities, be legally based in an EU Member State and propose activities that contribute to intergenerational collaboration in the blue economy, with measurable outcomes.
