EuroGOOS is a non-profit, Brussels-based European organisation providing policy advice and advocating for sustained ocean observing as a fundamental element of operational oceanography. EuroGOOS also supports the broader European Ocean Observing System framework (EOOS) by fostering partnerships across the continent.

The EuroGOOS office is hosted by its member, the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS).
