The Biennial GOOS Regional Alliances Forum brings together the GOOS Regional Alliances chairs to discuss cooperation between the GOOS regions and their needs with representatives of the GOOS Steering Committee. Glenn Nolan, EuroGOOS Secretary General, is chair of the GOOS Regional Alliances Forum and will chair this meeting.
