Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea Stakeholder Conference 2026

This year’s Common Maritime Agenda (CMA) for the Black Sea Stakeholder Conference will be held in Burgas, Bulgaria, on 30 September 2026. It is a key regional forum supporting the implementation of the Common Maritime Agenda (CMA) for the Black Sea, bringing together policymakers, researchers, businesses, investors and regional organisations to discuss shared priorities, strengthen regional cooperation and support the sustainable development of the Black Sea region. The conference forms part of the broader CMA Black Sea Week (28 September-2 October), a series of workshops, stakeholder meetings and outreach activities supporting a healthy, resilient and sustainable Black Sea blue economy.
