Blue-Cloud2026 Conference "From Blue-Cloud to the EOSC Node | European Digital Twin Ocean"

The Blue-Cloud 2026 project is holding its Final Conference on 28 May 2026 at Comet Louise in Brussels. The event will run from 09:00 to 19:30 and bring together representatives from the research, infrastructure, and policy communities working in the European ocean data space.

Sessions will cover the outcomes of the Blue-Cloud 2026 project, the transition to the EOSC Node | European Digital Twin Ocean and its integration into the EOSC Federation, marine thematic services including Virtual Labs and Workbenches, and the strategic vision for 2026–2030. Speakers include representatives from the European Commission (DG RTD), EOSC, EMODnet, CNR-ISTI, ELIXIR, GEOMAR, CSIC, EGI, and Data Terra.

Call for Posters — deadline 27 April 2026

The conference will also feature a poster session. Researchers and practitioners working on marine science, ocean data, or related digital infrastructures are invited to submit a poster abstract. Posters should be in A0 vertical format; participants are responsible for printing and bringing them to Brussels.
