Open position: Research Assistant position on physical (experimental) oceanography and Polar Research

Our member, the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics (OGS) is inviting applications for a research fellowship in Oceanography of the Polar Regions .
This position supports OGS’s contributions to two key research projects:
ATTRACTION (PRIN 2022): investigating changes in the Arctic Ocean over the last thousand years through observations, paleo-oceanography, and modeling.
DIONE (PNRA): exploring the dynamics of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet on the Sabrina Coast.
The successful candidate will:
Work with physical and biogeochemical data from oceanographic campaigns and instruments like Argo floats, ocean gliders, and moorings.
Use software and programming tools for data analysis (e.g., MATLAB, Ocean Data View).
Participate in Arctic and Antarctic research expeditions lasting 2–6 weeks.
