The EOOS steering group was convened in spring 2016 to advise the development of an integrated and sustained European Ocean Observing System, EOOS. During 2016, the steering group designed a background document outlining the EOOS concept and an open stakeholder consultation survey on EOOS. At the meeting on 9 February, the steering group will discuss the results of the open stakeholder consultation (12/12/2016-20/01/2017).
